• Our Vineyards

Nestled on the ridges of the Watchung fault lines and bordering the Cold Brook Preserve, Meadowbrook Winery’s distinct sites represent the unique wine-growing conditions of northern Hunterdon County. The vines are grown on Mesozoic and Precambrian soils of basalt and granite, coupled with layers of decomposing ferrous shale. Rolling hills, persistent breezes, and these rocky, well-drained soils ensure slow, even ripening and balanced, expressive fruit.

  • Our Wines

Our wines are crafted with recognition for traditional methods while applying modern precision to create an exceptional offering. Ideal growing conditions with warm sunny days and cool evenings produce wines of balance and elegance, while low-intervention winemaking pushes the fruit to center stage. Our boutique production allows us the opportunity to focus on quality and produce distinct wines that represent our dedication to the land and our craft.
