Shipping and State Restrictions

Due to evolving wine shipping laws, we are unable to ship to all U.S. states. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you directly to explore alternative options.

Weather & Shipping Conditions

Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures. We are not responsible for wine damaged during transit due to weather conditions. Once the wine leaves our facility and is in the care of the shipping carrier, responsibility passes to the purchaser.

Returns and Cancellations

We will gladly replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed.

We are unable to accept returns for wines damaged by weather during shipping or due to customer mishandling.
